If after attending the entire program on Day 1, you are not completely satisfied with the content and feel it didn't meet your expectations, you can return your materials, exit the event, and we will refund your ENTIRE registration fee within 30 days. A bookkeeping fee of $50 will be deducted from the credit. The ticket prices are $397 and $597, respectively. After July 10, 2024, a credit may still be issued, but with an additional $150 fee. It's important to note that failure to communicate non-attendance before the event start will result in forfeiture of any credit eligibility. Alternatively, you may transfer your primary ticket to a friend or colleague. Any credited amounts must be utilized within 12 months, as after this period, the credit will be forfeited entirely.
Payment Plans: While full payment for your event ticket is due at registration, we may offer a payment plan option for your convenience. Scheduled payments will be attempted on the agreed-upon due dates. In the event of payment processing failure on the first attempt, subsequent attempts will be made daily until successful payment. Any unresolved payment declines after a 4-day period will incur a $50 collection fee. It's your responsibility to fulfill all payment obligations as outlined in your purchase agreement, regardless of event attendance.
